Role Title Chief Executive Officer (CEO)
Role Summary As CEO, you will set the strategic direction and lead all aspects of Atlas — from product and engineering to GTM and operations. You will be responsible for scaling the company, driving revenue growth, building a high-performance leadership team, and ensuring Atlas fulfills its mission to transform recruitment through AI-driven automation and integration.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute the company’s strategic vision, ensuring alignment across product, engineering, sales, marketing, and operations.
- Drive sustainable revenue growth and market penetration by shaping go-to-market strategy and customer acquisition initiatives.
- Build, mentor, and scale a leadership team capable of executing high-impact product development and commercial strategies.
- Oversee product and technology direction to ensure Atlas remains a category-leading, AI-first recruitment platform with deep integrations and exceptional UX.
- Manage investor relations, capital raising, and financial planning to support growth objectives.
- Establish company culture, operational processes, and KPIs that promote execution, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Represent Atlas externally with customers, partners, industry media, and potential investors.
Required Experience & Skills
- Proven CEO, founder, or senior executive experience at a high-growth SaaS company, ideally with products that leverage AI or advanced automation.
- Track record of scaling B2B platforms, driving revenue growth, and building successful go-to-market organizations.
- Strong product and technology fluency; comfortable working closely with engineering and AI teams to prioritize roadmap and delivery.
- Demonstrated ability to recruit, develop, and lead top-tier teams and create a high-performance culture.
- Experience managing investor relationships and fundraising.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills; experienced public-facing leader who can represent the company.
